GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. flour
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream (at room temperature)
Buttered noodles or fluffy cooked rice

In a large skillet melt butter, add meat, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is brown. Stir in flour, then add soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat to serving temperature. Serve over buttered noodles or beds of fluffy rice. Serves 6.
