SWISS STEAK BAKED 
2 lbs. round steak or chuck steak

Shake in mix of flour, garlic, little salt, pepper. Brown in butter or oil. Put layer of steak in bottom of pan or casserole and slice or chop onion and green pepper over.

Put 2 layers if you have enough steak, pour gravy from meat drippings over and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
