SWISS VEGETABLE BAKE | |
1/4 c. flour 1 (1 lb.) round steak, 1/2" thick Cooking oil 1 can French onion soup 4 med. carrots, diced 4 med. potatoes, quartered Salt & pepper to taste Pound flour into steak; brown in small of oil. Place in casserole; add soup, 1/2 soup can of water, carrots, potatoes and seasonings. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover; bake for 15 minutes longer. |
