SWISS STEAK WITH VEGETABLE GRAVY 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. round steak
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
3 chopped carrots
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can peas

Salt and pepper meat. Add tenderizer and coat in flour, brown good in Crisco. Place in roaster. Add large can of tomatoes (crush up if whole along with juice) on top of meat. Then mix carrots, onions and peas (drained) and place on top of tomatoes. Add a little water and cook at 350 degrees until tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Delicious with mash potatoes and salad. Serves 4 to 6.
