SWISS VEGETABLE BAKE 
1/4 c. flour
1 (1 lb.) round steak, 1/2" thick
Cooking oil
1 can onion soup
4 med. carrots, diced
4 med. potatoes, quartered
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. parsley

Pound flour into steak, brown in small amount of oil. Place in casserole. Add soup, 1/2 soup can water, carrots, potatoes and seasoning. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes longer. Top with parsley.
