SALSA 
2 cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
Juice of a lime or lemon
1 tbsp. cilantro
Chopped jalapeno pepper to taste

Chop tomatoes in blender. Combine tomatoes with remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with white corn tortilla chips. Also good over vegetables.
