SALSA 
2 cans tomatoes (I use stewed)
1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. cilantro
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Bring above ingredients to a boil. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Store in refrigerator and use as needed. Will keep for 6 weeks.
