BROCCOLI & CORN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cook & drain
4 eggs, beaten
2 lg. cans cream style corn
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Oleo to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute celery and onion. Add chestnuts and cool. Season to taste. Combine cooked broccoli, sauteed veggies, corn, eggs and crackers. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let stand before serving.
