BROCCOLI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs)
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Combine broccoli, corn, onion, eggs, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Place in 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Combine crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes.
