BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together eggs, soup, mayonnaise, cheese and broccoli. Put in buttered casserole dish. Combine corn flakes and Parmesan. Pour on top. Drizzle butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
