CORN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 lb. can cream style corn
1 tbsp. grated onion
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, slightly beaten

TOPPING:

1 c. Brownberry Oven Seasoned Croutons
1/2 stick melted butter
2 slices raw bacon
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix broccoli with creamed corn in bowl. Add onion, melted butter (4 tablespoons) and egg along with salt and pepper. Pour into buttered 9x9 inch casserole dish. Toss bread crumbs in 1/2 stick melted butter. Spread over entire casserole.

Top with raw bacon cut into 1-inch squares. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

NOTE: Can be made night before and covered with aluminum foil. If you double recipe, use 9x13 inch pan. Serves 6-8.
