CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE YUM 
2 cans pineapple tid bits, drained
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

In a large bowl, mix juice, flour and sugar. Add pineapple and cheese. Pour in baking dish. Top with crackers and pour melted butter over crackers. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. This can be served as dessert or with your meal. It can be reheated.
