AUTUMN GOLD PUMPKIN PIE 
Pastry for 9 inch pie
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1/4 c. melted butter OR 1/2 c. cream
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each ginger, nutmeg
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, butter, syrup, salt, spices, thoroughly. Mix in nuts. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. This is a real good recipe for my home canned pumpkin.
