UPSIDE DOWN PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (20 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 yellow cake mix
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine all the ingredients except cake mix, nuts and butter. Mix well and pour into 9"x12" baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the top. Now top with nuts and drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
