UPSIDE DOWN PUMPKIN PIE | |
29 oz. can pumpkin 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. nutmeg 13 oz. can evaporated milk 3 eggs, beaten 1 box Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix (cake mix can have pudding in it) 1 c. chopped nuts (or more) 1 c. butter, melted Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, milk and eggs in large bowl. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over top out of box (dry); sprinkle walnuts over all; drizzle butter over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream. Can refrigerate. |
