NAPA VALLEY BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
Seasoned flour
1/4 c. butter
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. sherry
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 minced onion (med.)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Coat chicken with seasoned flour. In hot melted butter, brown the chicken. Remove to 2 quart casserole. Heat oven to 325 degrees.

In saucepan combine catsup and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; pour over chicken. Bake, covered, 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
