NAPA VALLEY BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
Seasoned flour - consists of 1/4 c. flour, paprika, salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. sherry
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. fresh, frozen or canned lemon juice
1 med. onion, minced

Coat chicken with seasoned flour. Saute in hot butter, until lightly browned on all sides. Remove chicken pieces to a 2-quart casserole. Start heating oven to 325 degrees.

In same skillet, combine catsup and all other ingredients. Bring to boil, then pour over chicken. Bake covered for 1 1/4 hours or until fork-tender. Serves 4.
