BARBECUED CHICKEN IN A BAG 
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (3 lb.) broiler - fryers, cut up
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Combine first 10 ingredients in 2 quart sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Combine flour, salt and pepper in large oven - browning bag. Add chicken and shake to coat. Place bag in shallow roasting pan. Open bag and pour sauce over chicken. Secure bag loosely with twist tie and pierce top of bag 6 times with knife. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until tender. Remove chicken from bag. Pour sauce into bowl. Serve chicken with sauce. Makes 8 servings.
