1 frying size chicken, cut for frying
2 tsp. ketchup
2 tsp. butter
4 tsp. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. paprika

Set chicken aside, mix all other ingredients together and heat. Grease a brown paper bag with 2 tablespoons cooking oil, dip chicken pieces in sauce, put in bag. Place bag in a baking dish and bake in 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
