CHICKEN IN-A-BAG 
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken parts

Mix all ingredients except chicken, in a large glass baking dish. Microwave 2 minutes, stirring often. Dip chicken into sauce and place in a clean brown bag. Fold over and slip in a second bag. Place on a large platter.

Microwave 18 to 21 minutes (7 minutes per pound). Rest a few minutes before serving. Heat additional sauce about 2 minutes in microwave. Let stand. Delicious with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
