BEEF HOT LINKS AND PASTA 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. beef hot links, sliced
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, well drained
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. pkg. rotini (pasta), uncooked

In large skillet, combine beef hot links, green pepper, and onions. Cook until peppers and onions are tender-crisp. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Prepare rotini (pasta) according to package directions; drain. Top rotini with hot links and sauce.

I bought 3 lbs of hotlinks by accident and had no clue what to do with them. THIS will be done again. Next time I would double the amount of bell peppers and slice the links thinner but this was very popular with the men/boys in my house (and me). I also doubled the garlic.
