HOT BEEF SANDWICHES 
Spencer roll

Roast for two hours at 300 degrees. Bake the day before. Save juices. Mix with: 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 (14 oz.) bottle catsup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce A little flour 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. celery, diced

Slice meat very thin. Put in the mixture above and heat in oven for three hours at 250 to 300 degrees. Serve on rolls.
