HOLIDAY CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 orange, unpeeled
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. diced, unpeeled apple
1 (8 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
1/3 c. sugar

Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Quarter orange, remove seeds and place fruit in processor bowl. Pulse till coarsely ground. Spoon into a medium bowl; set aside. Place cranberries in processor bowl. Pulse till coarsely ground. Add cranberries & remaining ingredients to orange pulp. Mix well. Cover and chill 8 hours.

Makes 3 cups.
