CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 pound (4 cups) Cranberries
2 oranges, peeled
2 cups sugar

Put cranberries in food processor with sugar. Quarter the oranges, remove seeds and add; then coarsely chop. Let stand a few hours before serving.

Serve hot or cold with chicken, turkey or pork.

Variation: Cook for 5 minutes and add to a 6oz. pkg. of Strawberry Jello following package directions; reduce 2 cups sugar to 1 cup. Pour into a ring mold and refrigerate overnight before serving.
