HOT ASIAGO SPREAD 
Weight Watcher's Recipe

1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese
2 scallions, sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

In blender/food processor, puree the cottage cheese and cream cheese; add mustard, then asiago cheese, scallions, and jalapeno. Pulse to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a 2 cup micro-safe dish; micro-cook on high until heated through, about 3 minutes. Serve at once.
