“HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  HOT STUFF CHIP DIP

HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
Dash salt
2oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla

In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, heavy cream, corn syrup, and salt; mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute longer.

Remove from heat; stir in chocolate and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or cake.

Makes 1 1/4 cups.
