CHOCOLATE SHRIMP SAUCE 
2 tablespoons Chile paste
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup sugar, honey or molasses
1 tbsp corn starch
2 quarters Bakers chocolate or 1/2 Hershey bar or equivalent
1 shot brandy or whisky

Boil teriyaki in small sauce pan, mix corn starch with 1 tablespoon hot water using a fork until dissolved. Add starch and stir with wooden spoon until mixture reboils and has the consistency of honey. Add remaining ingredients and stir on low heat until dissolved.

Makes over half cup of spicy sauce - great for dipping shrimp tempura or spreading over a shrimp taco or cod fish sandwich.
