3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. whole pecans

Combine sugar and sour cream; cook over medium heat to soft ball stage. Add vanilla and beat until mixture is thickened. Stir in pecans until well coated with mixture. Turn out on wax paper and separate.
