CANDY TURTLES 
1/4 c. evaporated milk (cream)
78 caramels
1 pkg. candy quick (chocolate flavor coating)
4 c. pecans, whole OR half

Melt caramels and cream in microwave or double boiler on stove. Mix in pecans. Spoon on buttered cookie sheet. Let cool in refrigerator. Then dip using toothpicks in melted chocolate. Place on cookiet sheet and let cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
