PECAN COATED CANDY 
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. pecan halves

Beat egg white until foamy. Add sugar, cinnamon, water and salt. Pour in pecan halves and stir until well coated. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
