JAM 
2 qts. strawberries, measure whole then chop
1 box Sure Jell
7 c. sugar

Bring strawberries and Sure Jell to a quick boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar all at one time and bring to boil again; boil 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, skim off foam, fill prepared jars. Put in hot water bath. Yield: 8 cups.
