LORI MAC'S MAC AND CHEESE 
4 c. macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
4 to 5 c. Cheddar cheese
11 x 15 baking dish

Cook 4 cups of macaroni in 6 quarts of boiling water for about 8 minutes. Drain. Put macaroni in a bowl and melt 3 tablespoon of butter plus pour 1/4 cup of milk into it. Grate 4 to 5 cups of Cheddar cheese. Spread enough noodles to cover the bottom of the 11 x 15 baking dish. Then cover with cheese. Continue layering macaroni, then cheese until it is all used. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

This should feed 5 hungry people, at least it does in my family!!
