OLD TIME MAC-N-CHEESE
1 (16 oz.) box elbow macaroni pasta
3 all-beef hot dogs, cut up

CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. tub Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
dash of salt and pepper
pinch of garlic

In a medium pan put 4 cups of water. When bubbling add elbow macaroni noodles and cook for 10 minutes on high, drain.

In a bowl put all cheeses, buttermilk and dairy sour cream. Stir until completely blended. Add in salt, pepper and garlic.

On a large baking pan cut up hot-dogs and fry for 10 minutes. Now get an oven safe pan and add hot-dogs and noodles and stir until blended.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Now add your cheese mixture and spread.

Bake half way (15 to 20 minutes) or until cheese is bubbling. Take it out and mix till there are no clumps. Put back in and bake for 15 minutes more.

ENJOY!

Variation: Any kind of meat may be used in place of hot dogs.
