BLUEBERRY PLATE PIE 
1 frozen uncooked pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Cream butter and sugar. Put berries in bottom of crust, then pour custard over berries. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Freezes well.
