9 INCH PIE PLATE - FRESH
BLUEBERRY PIE
 
In a saucepan mix:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tbsp. corn starch

Add:

1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. berries

Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool. Add 3 cups berries and mix gently. Put into baked pie shell.
