MUFFIN PAN SNACKS | |
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jello, orange, lemon or lime 1 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 1 1/2 c. diced vegetables, such as: fresh carrots, celery or cucumbers; you may also add raisins, coconut, pineapple, apples or other. Pour gelatin into bowl. Add 1 cup hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water. Using a measuring cup, scoop into muffin pan cups. Chill about 45 minutes. Add vegetables to each cup and stir gently. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Put warm water into sink (about 1 inch). Dip just bottom of pan for 5 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from edges. Lift snacks out. |
