PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 can prepared pumpkin
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, soft
1 box confectioners sugar

Mix dry ingredients.

Gradually add all remaining ingredients. Mix well using hand mixer.

Pour into a 13 inch greased cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix all three ingredients with hand mixer. Spread on cooled cake.
