STRAWBERRY COOKIES 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. shredded coconut (2-2 1/2 c.)
1 c. pecans
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello

Combine milk, sugar and vanilla. Grind coconut and pecans. Add to milk mixture. Add 1 1/2 packages strawberry Jello; mix well and refrigerate overnight. Shape chilled mixture into strawberries. Roll each berry in the remaining 1/2 package Jello. Make stems with green frosting. Keep refrigerated.
