1 pkg. pizza mix
1 can pizza sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 lb. sausage (Italian, pork)
2 pkgs. sliced pepperoni
4 sm. cans sliced black olives, drained
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. each Mozzarella, Jack, Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Shaker grated Parmesan and Romano cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove sausage meat from skins. Brown in frying pan, drain. Prepare pizza crust according to pizza mix directions. Spread dough on greased pizza or deep cookie sheet.

Sauce: Mix pizza sauces, add oregano. Spread generously on dough. Add following ingredients in this order onto prepared dough: half of mixed sauce and shredded cheese, pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms, balance of shredded cheese. Top with remainder of sauce, sprinkle with grated Romano and Parmesan cheese.
