2 1/2 lbs. pork or beef 1 (16 oz.) bottle catsup 1 green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 good size onion, chopped 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. mixed spice in bag Cool meat well done. Slice in small pieces and simmer in liquid of the roast. Simmer all together. Remove bag when you think strong enough. Serve on buns. |
