CHICKEN & VEGETABLE BAKE 
4 breasts
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1/4 c. Italian cheese
1 can French style green beans (drain)
Add garlic, oregano & olive oil
4 oz. can mushrooms

Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons butter. Cook 45 minutes until tender. Melt butter in small pan. Add flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk. Cook. Stir constantly until thick. Add 1 cup cheese. Stir. Place beans and Italian seasonings in 12 x 8 inch dish. Top with chicken and sauce. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake until melted. 4-6 servings.
