BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 c. powdered sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 4 sliced bananas 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix 1/2 cup butter and graham cracker crumbs. Pat into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine sugar, eggs, 1/2 cup butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Spread over crust. Layer bananas, then pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple and top with pecans. Chill before serving. |
