CHICKEN SALAD FOR 50 PEOPLE | |
8 c. chicken meat cut in cubes 4 c. hard boiled eggs, diced 6 c. celery, diced 2 c. green peppers, diced 6 c. shell macaroni, cooked and drained 1 sm. jar pimento, chopped 1 tbsp. salt, or to taste 3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. minced onion 1/3 c. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 qt. mayonnaise Have all ingredients cold before mixing. Mix all together and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. |
