TURKEY STEW 
2 tbsp. butter
2 onions, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch sticks
3 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, cubed and peeled
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. heated chicken stock
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 turkey breasts, skinned and cubed
1 green pepper, diced
Tabasco sauce 1 to 2 drops
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat butter in large pan. When hot add onions; cover and cook 3 minutes. Add celery and carrots; stir and season. Continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in potatoes and flour; cook 1 minute. Stir in chicken stock, marjoram and Tabasco. Stir. Add turkey, bring to boil. Cook 40 to 45 minutes. 8 minutes before end of cooking time add green pepper. 4 to 6 servings.
