CHICKEN IN A BISCUIT 
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, cooked and deboned
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 med. onion, chopped
4 tsp. chives
2 cans crescent rolls
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop up chicken, add cream cheese, onion and chives. Mix together.

Preheat oven as directed on crescent rolls. Tear crescent rolls apart at perforations. Press out each triangle on buttered sheet of wax paper. Put a heaping teaspoon of mixture in roll. Fold over and bake as directed on crescent roll can. Great with chicken gravy.
