ALMOND ROCA COOKIES 
2 sticks butter or combination of both
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. Hershey bar (no almonds)
Sliced almonds

Combine butter and sugars; mix well. Add egg yolk, flour and salt. Mix well again and spread this mixture on a large cookie sheet (with sides). Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt Hershey bar in top of double boiler. Spread chocolate on cooled cookie mixture. Top with sliced almonds.
