ALMOND ROCA 
1 (12 oz.) box chocolate chips
1 box saltines
2 sticks real butter
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. crushed almonds or sliced

Line cookie sheet with foil. Line bottom of pan with saltine crackers. I use whole ones but you can crush them if desired. Heat butter and sugar to boil about 3 minutes. Take mixture and pour over saltines. Put in preheated 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately pour chocolate chips over mixture and spread with spatula. Sprinkle with crushed or sliced almonds and refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into squares or just break up before serving.
