PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 to 8 slices white bread (remove crust & cube)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs. Stir in pineapple and bread cubes. Pour into dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
