PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
30 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained, save juice
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 stick of butter, melted
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Mix pineapple and cheddar cheese. Put in casserole dish. Mix sugar, flour and pineapple juice to make a sauce. Pour sauce over pineapple and cheese mixture. Top with melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Great as a side dish for ham or pork.
