BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. water
1 c. white sugar (I use less)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter

Mix pineapple and eggs. Add water, sugar and cornstarch. Place in lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
